Genpact, I meet wrote a review till date , it is just because I want to advise fellow people Indians to not work at this cocky company. A company where promotion is easy but your salary is pee nuts. AVP gets 6 lakhs, but yeah they stick with the company as they don’t have any work to do- of course he becomes an AVP in 8 years. But if you work for more than a year and a half in Genpact trust me no one will consider of hiring you . Your career would be a show stopper.
While they pay pee nuts , you don’t even gain any knowledge out there. If you are a knowledgeable person you get into Genpact just to spread your skill to others, in return you learn nothing. Genpact is good for freshers. People who are for ages in company are now am’S and managers and sm’s.. These are bunch of clowns who don’t know anything but data entry and bit of excel. They just make good presentations and show case to clients and upper management as if their teams are doing well. Am’s are rediculous and frustrated with their jobs and pay and treat there team members as slaves.
Full of politics, once a Band .1 SVP visited our floor and they start preparing the dashboards and presenting stuff - the last time they displayed dashboard wa three months earlier. Top management who are in Americas do not know what is reality. Avp’s change the definition of integrity as per their wish. Every female am wants to attract AVP for promotion and who don’t mingle with AVp won’t get promoted. You need to leave your moral values to work in Genpact. I always was a determined employee but thank god I came out of that place for good . My suggestions to friends who are in Genpact please consider to get out ASAP, please don’t ruin your careers . Please reconcile if Genpact has been of any kind of help at any moment ?
If you are an intelligent and relieve you are capable of handling things please come out. Especially my dear engineering friends please come out ASAP or else no other company will take you if you have Genpact in your résumé . I’m now very happy and moving to USA with my new company. I woke up early on Saturday morning and thought I work share my experience. Hope it helps fellow Indians . We are in a democratic country , we have rights, Genpact follows unethical standards.
