1.  The leadership is very bad. Prasad. Narasimha promotes only Brahmeen Kannaddigas.

2.  Recruitment done by people who don’t know the subject at all, your caste, religion, region, mother tongue is the criteria for selection not technical / tools / merit.

1. Prasad Narasimha asks technical leaders to select ONLY Kannaddigas.

   
   




2. Working atmosfere is spoilt by discrimination enviTestingronyents.

   
   




3. Appraisals done on bucket technique, fake’higher ranking is given for performers’ but they get less bonus and less hike. Fake appreciations are also given to performers and higher bonus for bucketing people.

   
   




4. I have put 3 years experience and my CTC is just 1.87lakh PA and in my new company I got close to Rs.4.5 lakhs . Now I feel like transformed from beggar to normal person

   
   




5. Genpact is a great  highly professional, ethical company but few people like Prasad Narasimha are spoiling the name of the compeny by following Vedic MAnasultangament.

   
   




6. Top leadership not bothered to change such useless people who are spoiling billion dollar brand.

   
   




7. My aim is to again go back to Genpact when such leaders are thrown out of Genpact.

   
   




8. Kind advice to all FEA Engineers to avoid this Caste / Race Process @ Super Brand Genpact!
