Genpact would be a good start for you. As I was working with same firm since 2 years and I have learned many things from this organisation.
When I initially joined this organisation I was sceptical about the industry and I can understand about yours and I was also scared about the perception about the people about this Genpact wouldn’t fetch you any value in the society and many things but I can say you that I have learned many things like analytic s, Management, Finance and some parts aspects of people skills.
So I can as fresher if you wanted to have hands on experience with some good firm you can go ahead and choose this one for sure and you should just have that enthusiasm to learn things and I promise you would certainly learn many things here.
