I worked at genpact for about 6 month as accprding to my contract and I must say that experience of working at the BPO was one of my greatest experience to make .
Here in genpact we have BPO that makes our working enviornment a bit more challenging and noisy as all the employees are working and handling calls in the same floos at the same time .
Some get good deals some do not so the frustration and the pressure is always there on us to do the perfect job.
We all had good facilities provided like we had canteen and also we used to get 15mins breaks after every 2 hours.
The career growth in this segment of company is according to your performance and your rating on the floor.
Job security is good as they don’t let you throw out unless your performance is not upto the mark.
Salary benefits are good and slso they offer great incentives which we get along with the salary according to our performance.
