Hello guys I am share my personal experience of genpact ( it is american company) that I have worked there for 2years as process associate in account department and then leave for govt job but during working in genpact I felt that
working environment is nice and give feeling of energy
the Saturday and Sunday off
I worked in night shift but genpact did not give me feeling of strange.
helpful management and all the staff
the best performer will get prizes in coupons upto 1lakhs.
job security is ok
career growth is low
salary is low as I got only 12000 for 10hours working but the benefits is too high.
