As a Genpact employee I really happy to do this review, and proudly say that if anyone wants a job in Genpact, he can attend the interview directly without prior tensions.
I strongly believe that the job security, better working environment and career growth are the prime concerns for most of the employees still staying in Genpact.
However the remuneration is also factor for staying employees into the firm but unfortunately Genpact fixed salary package is not that much better as compared to other IT companies within the industry but except fixed salary package Genpact provide a good monthly incentive package to employees.
When we talk about other criteria of job in Genpact, company provides an excellent working environment for employees like cab facility, clean and hygienic cafeteria and atmosphere, if any one wants accommodation facility that also will provide with nominal cost and for career growth the company provide a wide variety of training’s for employees.
The most important thing in Genpact is that, they won’t tolerate gender and racial discrimination within and outside working premises. and all the promotion and works related appraisals are only based on merit and in every month the management will conduct one on one sessions, and if we have any complaints we can discuss that with our superiors and the one on one sessions are mandatory also.
Apart from job, if we suggest a lean idea for the betterment of the process within Genpact that will also rewarded.
In outside the business matters, Genpact is one of the socially committed firm. In India they continuously support and fight for a educated India with the support of employees and every year they are planting millions of trees all over the world for a better tomorrow.
So in BPO/BPM/KPO industries definitely Genpact is one of the top company.
