I had almost 1.5 years working experience with Genpact. It is very good company to kick start your career. Managements are very supportive and approachable.
The grey area is salary, they hire fresher at very low package but there are many knowledge you can gain form this company and that definitely going to enhance you career. I almost rate 6 out of 10 only because of salary otherwise it’s a very good work culture.
