I’ve joined Genpact in 2007 and worked there for 6+ years and I still miss Genpact everyday one of the best company to work for but yes not in terms of salary, but still Genpact is best feel like home and evryone is like family there no work pressure, full of fun and learnig Ojt chance to go abroad. I always recommend evryone for Genpact even though im not with Genpact anymore and soon I will be going back to Genpact.
