Is Genpact good company to join

Hi All, I am getting an opportunity at Genpact as AVP, I have~14 yrs of experience and currently working at Wipro.may I know if Genpact is a good and safe company to join from Wipro?

Also on Variable pay they show two bands 3.5 LPA and 5.5 LPA.do they pay the variable pay amount? or it is just to showcase.pls share your experience.
