It was my first job as a fresher in Genpact india. Genpact offers so much to learn especially the training was given over there was indeed good and fruitful enough. apart from the work the company also think about their employee need. Genpact try to entertain their various game within the office hours so that their employees get energized. Genpact is very nice organization to start your career and not just one the right places to begin your career rather one can grow and take retirement from here.
Only con of the company is the pay scale offered to freshers is below par apart from that it is a nice organization to work with.
