Hello, friends. I have worked in Genpact for almost 1 year. The thing which I liked the most in Genpact was its work environment which was very friendly and fun loving. There was a great coordination between work and fun over there. All though, they pay quite low salary as compared to other BPO’s but it is still the best seeing the job security one can have over there. Career growth is also good if you are staying over there for some long time. The only drawback which I found was low salary and perks otherwise it is a great place to work with.
