I have given interview thrice in genpact. It is not a good company at all.the management is not at all good. Eventhough it had good reputation in the past but now no one is intrested in doing job with genpact.
They offer very less salaries let it be for freshers or ecperienced. They take work and efforts of employees but dont give salaries or incentives accordingly.
I recommand people to not to go to genpact.
The growth of employees of here is also very slow and late.
Do not select genpact as carrer option.
