I bought this Genus inverter from gurgaon dealer, he was bent upon selling this product to me, I was interested to buy su-kam because it was recomended by all my relatives and friends but my mind was totally changed by this dealer and he sold me 1400VA model alongwith 2 Okaya baterry.
After 15 days of buying my fridge blew off. I called the engineer for repair of fridge which waas under the warranty period. They tried to find out the cause of compressor failure and they realized it’s because of the Inverter which was having high voltage at 270 volts..than we realized our other bulbs were also getting fused because of this..
We called the service centre..realized everything is changed after two days we got the no..after 7 days engineer turned up and couldnot do anything. We removed the inverter and waited for another week for the engineer to turn up again after 5 days he turned up and told us that the fault is with the baterries. We called up Okaya people they also took lot of time to turn up and told us it’s not their fault. I was tossed between thes companies for two month s atlast I bought su-kam and it’s working fine. I bought peace of mind atlast..
