LOVE IT!!!

Georgia is a place where a person could call home. Its weather is pretty similar to India except it doesn’t really have monsoons. The schools here are good for children, they have a program called ’’Magnet’’ where kids with a certain grade point average can go. Its pretty good because it seperates the really studious kids from the kids who just go to school because they have to. The environmet is nice, not too much crime and nice communities.

In Savannah (the city I live in), they have one of the best hospitals in the state. Its pretty busy all the time because cases for our neigboring states (The Carolinas) come here all the time. They have wonderful health care and the hospital is pretty big!

Atlanta-the capital of Georgia is pretty busy city and very famous too. Many people know Atlanta and lots of important things are held there. Also shopping there is pretty fun because things are cheaper (shopping is rarely fun for me).

Georgia is a place of history, there was a war with the Confederates and Union. When the Union troops or better known as the ’’Yankees’’ marched in they burned several parts of cities. After the war was over and the Yankees won, many parts of the cities were rebuild.

When you drive through the streets of Savannah you see the old tall beatiful trees that cover the roads like a roof, the big Victorian houses and you start to aprreciate its history and beauty.

Savannah unlike other cities is pretty fast when its concerned with technology. In schools all the computers are Dell and are pretty fast unlike the schools in Conneticut they had Apples. I guess part of the reason is that Savannah gets so many tourists each year and they want to look attractive. Most places in Savannah are very well maintained but there are some rare areas which give me the creeps!!

So overall Savannah is a great place for families to visit or settle down. I have lived in Savannh for a few years and I have to admit it lives up to its name!
