I got my Non working camera exchanged for new Sony HX9V for a good deal. Initially there was a problem in making online payment, as the 3rd party Credit card site was rejecting my card. But for good, the company delivered the product to me with 2-3 days without making payment to them. After couple of days they made arrangement for "Swipe on delivery". Probably the only site providing "Swipe on delivery", and you need not worry about online fraud or anything. The company also offered me to procure items not listed in their web site like LG Cinema 3D.
I’m already planning to buy couple of items, in exchange for my TV and washing machine.
