DONT FALL FOR THIS CAB SERVICE. HORRIBLE AND PATHETIC CAB SERVICE AND DRIVER WAS UNIMAGINABLE.
- Aman and Ananya did not gave us the details of state tax. The amount we paid as state tax was around Rs. 1200 plus. Out of which 500 tax of Uttarakand was a total ripoff, when the car has Uttarakand plate, how are you collecting tax from Uttarakand with no receipt ?We tried calling the car company people but the representative was very very arrogant and they said we need to pay whatever that are asking now.
The car company was given day to day detail of our journey. When the state taxes mentioned for each state are fixed, why you didn’t intimate us ? You can tell us the driver’s overnight fees even if it exceeds for an hour but not these kind of untimely collections.
Horrible, hopeless, arrogant, unhygienic driver Vikas. Unhygienic car. Car had literally mud particles on its seats and musictape after parking one day in uttarakand.
He used to talk on phone during drivingwhich was unprofessional and unsafe too. He used to spit by opening the car window.
The car windows were not opening . Only the driver could open it, that too if he feels. He never replied politely.U should tell him twice then may b your window might b opened.
Made us use google maps for navigation for almost total 3 hrs by holding our phone and use the online network. Around 2 hrs in haryana and uttarakand and rest 1 hour in Delhi.
The driver had no idea of roads. We had asked him if he knows main road in Delhi and he said he knows all small lanes too. Pathetic driver. He had no idea of important places in delhi.
We also had heated arguments with the driver in the effort to trying to explain him to take us to places that we wanted and not as he wanted. The driver has his known agents at some places and he will take u there. They are more pathetic than him.
We just pulled through as we wanted to finish our journey. How many of u would like to go in a car with google maps in your hand for 3 hours with the driver spitting and talking on phone and the car windows not opening? All the best if anyone wishes to go with them. At the end, my family asked why we used this pathetic car service.
