Worst experience ever. All my life I have never come across such a stupid cab driver and to top it all the CEO Mr Sanjeev Duggal who turned out to be the biggest axxhxxx amongst them all. The driver refused to put on the ac and was cranky during the whole way.
We were on our way back to delhi from mussoorie where we literally had to leave the cab cause the driver refused to put on the AC .Cab - Indigo DL1ye1568 Driver name Ali. The car’s ac was anyway messed up and the car itself could not climb up mussoorie slopes.
First why is getmecab providing cabs which are not properly serviced or in proper condition. Second the behavior and the attitude of the cab driver with us and specially with girls was just unacceptable. and third the CEO Sanjeev Duggal who instead of helping and sorting things out shouted back at us.The driver clearly threatened us by showing us a knife in his dashboard. Over all experience, here it goes
