Being an ex-tenant of getsethome, I thought of availing the service in Mumbai. After calling multiple times getset responded and assured me that the room will be ready before I move-in. On the day I moved-in the nightmare started, to my utter surprise the room was not ready, no fan, no Ac, no bed, no mattress and with a cherry on top the room in stinking like a sewer. When I called nobody responded, finally the caretaker took pity on me and shifted me to another room. Even after multiple mail getset never assured when the new room will be ready. Finally they gave me a room with SECOND-HAND furniture, AC, BELOW POOR MATTRESS, Kitchen stinking like a sewer.
If anyone is planning to stay in getsethome. Don’t even think about it. Book a hotel like Oyo or fab hotel for a week and search for better accommodation because getset in a money monger company where no one gives a damn about service, nobody going to answer to the calls. The only mean of communication is email and also when you sent multiple mails, be prepare for eviction notice so that getset can hode their incompetancy.
