They are actually good enough to loot your money indirectly in their own ways. They attract you to them by saying that they don’t charge for broker fees. That’s true
But even for a small repair in the house they charge you high for no reason .
And once I vacated from there, I still remember that I dropped the keys(2spares) of wardrobe in it and they charged me 500 fine as keys were missing from it. I showed my roommate the keys, as a proof.
That may be a mistake from their employee. Anyways those keys don’t even cost more than 100rupees.
So please stay always from this .
