A Bad Feeling, for sure....

Hangovers use to be frequent for me in my past. I don’t have those hangovers today because I don’t get plastered with alcohol anymore.

I think the only real cure for a hangover is sleep, 8 hours anyway. If I was up most of the night drinking and dancing it was very hard for me to go to work.

What I did was take two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, ad this to a glass of water and drink it down and chase it with some more water.  You would be surprised how much better you will feel.

I always tried to eat before a night of drinking, but sometimes I didn’t.  The best remedy in the morning for my hangover; a peanutbutter sandwich washed down with milk, or a bowl of oatmeal, or two boiled eggs, and I always drank a lot of V8 juice. These kinds of foods could make me feel better faster. If I didn’t eat something, I would feel bad the whole day.

*Our bodies lose tolerance for alcohol as we get older.**  Anyone can tell you they could burn the candle at both ends when they were younger.  I know I could.

I have heard that guilt is one of the reasons for bad hangovers, if we think about it, it is logical.  I use to spend too much money, abuse my body, forget what I said, and loose a lot of sleep.  This could cause me some guilt.

People will always drink and have hangovers, ***I just hope a lot of folks will not drink and drive, call a cab or a friend.**

The best cure for a hangover is not to drink at all, or like a fish.

Booze cost to much money anyway, **but if you have to drink don’t drive.*

Good luck with your drinking and hangovers, ** because if one drinks a lot you will have hangovers.*
