I used this site for the first time (and last) to buy a watch for my wife. Though they had some watches that are unavailable in India, their customer service really sucks! When you call one of the 3 mobile numbers listed, you keep waiting for 10-15 rings until one girl answers, as if you have just awakened her from her slumber (this is not a call center number).
For delivery status, she asked me to send an email. What is a customer service hotline for if they cannot give you information that you have called for? Delivery took forever. I’d rather be without a watch than buy from this extremely unprofessional portal!
