After release of Ghajni, sales for Crocin & Disprin would have gone up like anything.
I never expected this type of movie from Aamir Khan. What happened to him? Bad re-make, bad acting, bad performance made bad movie. You can see all of these in Ghajni. Some movies are better as original, trying to re-make that movie would go in Disaster. Again, Ghajni (Re-Make of Memento) is one of them.
After reading so many good reviews & few bad reviews about Ghajni, I gave a thought to watch this movie. But since I had already watched Memento previously (Which I liked little), I am afraid about watching this movie. But since my sister & my Brother in Law also wanted to watch this movie, we watched this movie. During the first half an hour of movie, we found it very boring, & my Brother in Law was already slept by that time. Left was my sister & myself who somehow tried to watch this movie but our patience felt & switched off the TV & slept. Next morning, we woke & tried to watch that movie from the point where we left & somehow succeeded (I guess we should get some prize for this).
Asin acted ok for sometime but couldn’t hold herself from doing overacting. I never like Jia Khan & her acting so I guess I dont have to comment on her. I like Aamir Khan’s acting & his movies. But as there is one saying "There is always an exception". I dint like this one from Aamir Khan. The villian Ghajni, looks more like a comedian (Not even that actually, Comedians are much beter than this villian).
Songs: I like the lyrics of Behka & Guzarish but definetly not the Video. Frankly speaking, I had never seen the video of Behka before watching this movie. But after watching the video of this song, I was cursing myselg why did I watched? In Guzarish, I guess Aamir was trying to do a part of Salmaan Khan by half removing his shirt & a part of Fanna (Skarf around his neck) which instead of making him look cool, making me him look ugly. Asin is looking ok in this song.
Plot: Same as Memento (Slightly drifferent of course). But couldn’t match Memento’s Performance. That flashback stuff was actually looking funny. Looks like Aamir is trying to forcibly put that in movie but it was not required.
This movie is one of the over Masala types. My sincere advise to all of you. I can’t stop you from watching this movie. But if you take my serious suggestion, don’t watch this during night. You’ll going to sleep. Better watch this movie during your breakfast. I know, this movie will spoil your morning. You can also watch this in evening. Again Don’t watch in afternoon (Specially after lunch) for the same reason, you’ll sleep.
