I placed two Rakhi orders with https://giftalove.com/ website. I asked them to deliver one to Imphal and one to chandigarh on 16th Aug. But, when it was not delivered I asked them to give me the tracking details.
But after so many emails, they gave me the tracking numbers that too was wrong.
- Red Express Tracking says my order is lying in Chandigarh since 14th Aug, it was Panchkula.
2.Blue Dart tracking says there is no such order placed.
Confused and disappointed I emailed them back, but no reply since then.
It is really discouraging to shop online from small vendors, worse part they don’t have contact number and their customer care do not respond to emails.
I think they are fake, so others beware never order anything from https://giftalove.com/.
