I have recently ordered through gift cards india order no 64478
when my order was completed they forced me to provide the ID proof to confirm its an genuine purchase after I have submitted all the documents they never turned up.
when I call the call center people they say that they dont have idea about it.
I would suggest no to buy gift cards from them they have some worst customer service team.
Also they wont keep up the commitments
