I used services of florapassionindia.com in February 2012 and it was a pathetic experience. I felt bad about existence of companies that are bringing bad name to the other good internet businesses. Thy charged my card twice and even after more than 100 mailos and calls, did not return my money.
One more thing about florapassionindia.com, that I would like to bring to your notice, is the effort that they make to look good in reviews. I submitted a negative review for them on a website, which had like 3-4 excellent reviews for them. Within a day there were 10 more excellent reviews from fake IDs to cover my bad review!
Wherever in complaints forum you will see a negative review for them, there will be a customer in comments, who will claim its the best flower seller in the world and how he is using their amazing services for decades!
You and me being customers, know that customers don’t go around criticizing every negative review of a flower selling company. The person who writes these is the owner of that small flower shop only!
Also on their website, there are so many great reviews, but just no place to submit reviews. I am taking pain to write all that, so that no one else gets taken advantage by these cheats! I am no competitor!
