I ordered for a gift (Order Number: GTI-2012200990) to be delivered on 24-Dec (i, e on christmas eve). The Gifts were delievered on 23-Dec and the condition of the gifts were pathetic. Broken Christmas bells, The santa Claus was coming off the stand.I strongly advise people not to use this site as nothing gets delievered in proper condition.
I tried this site 2 times and everytime I was dissappointed. I specifically wanted the gifts to be delivered on 24-Dec and they deliver the gift in advance inspite of assurance I got from them.
I went to their site to register the compaint. But the online feedback form does not work. It throws up a weird message saying "Recipient Name cannot be empty". The phone number listed on their site 91-9230721098 does not work iether. No reponse from this number.
So there is no way to get to them for any complaints. Its imposible to get to them. They are out there to make quick money.
