Please learn English.’a little bit’ does not mean’different’. The cake you delivered is different from what I ordered. And please stop joking that I will have future orders with you.
So you believe your agent more than the customer giving you business. I appreciate your business logic and your business will grow much better by following the same way. If you are unable to deliver what you have promised, you should have informed the customer about it.
You cannot send a piece of junk and call it some name.
I will definitely put my review comments about your website in all online reviews and pathetic response you guys are giving to the customers. I’ll spread this experience in my community too.
