It’s rather sad that they called me up on VDay to tell me what my GF planned as a surprise gift for me, and that they can’t deliver it on time. Still need to check the content of gift, but the call center person yelled at me saying that it’s there in the Terms and Conditions.
Said that Internet can’t really do anything to their brand since they are too big. Let’s see with time as they finally go bankrupt.
No on-time delivery and really bad customer service.
