My friend from US send me a pre-paid gift on my birthday for which she had got a delivered message status.
But the gift was NOT delivered.!!!!..well that’s not it there’s more.. After I cross-checked, they mentioned it was mistake and the gift was actually not delivered and after 4 days I call them. They had done nothing about it!...!!!!!!!!!
All I could I do was cancel it!
Now refund is taking eternity even though I spend my time calling and directing the updates, , ,
In short for a gift for which money paid the order never came and they have no clue about it!!!!!!!!!..the call center team has no clue about anything..
Big dupers...Don’t just avoid ..run far away from this site...
