I wanted to share with you my experience of placing an order of birthday cake from bangalore to mumbai using https://giftstoindiaplaza.com on 23rd Oct 2010. My order number is GTIP-0313. I did online payment of my order using my Credit Card and they send me acknowledgement number through mail. After 4-5 hrs I got a cancellation mail from them saying that due to technical reasons, you order is cancelled and your payment will be credit back to your credit card in 21 working days. I waited for 1 month but I did not get any money back in my credit card. I chatted with online operator in their website and they said that by 27th Nov 2010 you will be getting payment back to my credit card, Till today i.e. 5th Dec 2010, I have not got my payment back.
I have lost my money but I wanted to post this review so that you all do not fall into their hands. They are literally fake and they will not give your money back. Please do not do any shopping from them.
