I ordered a gift to be delivered through this website via order number GTIP-2971 on 20 April 2013.
It has been 3 months now and there is no trace of the gift. These people simply stole my Rs 1849. No one ever picks up their customer care numbers+91 9007135601 and+91 9674948876. If by mistake they pick up, on mentioning the order number, they keep the phone at a side and ignore whatever you say until you get frustrated and disconnect the call.
The online chat also does not respond after you have placed the order. Before taking your money, everyone talks and responds as if there is no better service than theirs.
These people should be tracked down and put behind the bars!
