I had horrible experience with giftxoxo. Their customer support is pathetic, if you try to call them it will always be busy and they will say we will call you back, which they will never do.
If you write email then respond will take couple of days and then copycat useless reply.I bought gift voucher from them and it’s a month but still I not able to use it as the portal for which this voucher is saying, they do not support this voucher so ask giftxoxo and then here to there.
I don’t know what to do with the vouchers as when I asked them they are not even replacing.
