Reduce the resistance and you reduce the drag...less drag means less irritation.
That is the philosophy behind the MACH3 blades. I have been using the Mach3 razor and blades for almost 4 months now and I am totally satisfied with them. I have great respect for Gillette products and have been using them for ages now. I was using the sensor excell earlier and got the mach3 set as a gift.
Mach3 blades have 3 specially positioned blades with a new forward pivot design so that the blades are always in the optimal shaving position. There is also a DLC comfort edge (whatever that means) for less irritation to the skin.(remember the philosophy behind mach3?).The cartridges are in a open design for easy rinsing and its a single point docking cartridge for easy loading. (definitely a kool touch). Another neat idea is the advanced lubricating strip that fades away and informs you when u need to change the blades. All the features look great on paper but does the product really deliver?
oh it does..and it delivers beautifully. Just a single shave is all it takes to remove all the scruff from ur face.Now I am among the unfortunate few who have a tough beard and I shave every alternate day or every 2 days but every time the mach3 gives me a clean shave after just one movement across the face. Even sensor excell had to be used twice but not this piece of excellence. No doubt the blades are expensive but they last longer then any other and moreover good things in life don’t come cheap.
Mach3 is ideal for the early morning rush hour when u have soo little time to get all ready and soo much to do.Trust me mach3 cuts down on ur time spent in shaving and it does’nt cut ur skin or irritate it too. So it does a fast and clean job..what more could one ask for?
