I have tried the 35 rupee shaving razor and blades.. not fun nor good for skin
have tried a little expensive one like gillete sensor and excel .. better then rest but still not too close.. you still get that skin irritation factor. But I found Mach3 . I must say it stands out. ITs the best shaving kit a man can get as of date. Why I am praising it so much ? Well lets look into it .
First it has a triple blade action (soon there will be 4..lol)
Then there is a aloe strip above the blades so it lubricates your skin while shaving.
The blades are Sharp. I mean really sharp, the shave is flawless. The first sahev you do with mach3 would reallly surprise you. You dont even realise you have moved a razor over your face. The look is classy. The grip is great. And yeh guys its longg lasting really long lasting (lol.. not if wife uses it to shave her legs) ! I am using a blade since 20 th october with average shave per 2 days so 12 -15 shaves already done. And the blades still going strong.
Now for the part where gillette cant get 5 star rating.
The price... its expensive by any standards in the world. Even americans find it expensive.
With a razor prize of 270 with a blade (special promotion) without promotion its 380 bucks ... jeeezz..thats too much for a razor. (who fixes gillette products prices I need to see him )
The cartridges/blades cost 150 for a pack of 2 .. but a blade lasts a month approx.
Then the blade holder on the razor is tooo loose.. the blade tends to come offf with slightest pressure. Rest assured there is no shave like a Mach 3 shave. IF you can afford it (or make some calculations based on your shaving patterns) it is highly recommended .
