I purchased a Gilma Modular Kitchen from GIlma Showroom at Koramangala under the Inaugural offer because I had already bought a Chimney and Hob from them and the offer looked attractive. Ever since then it has been nothing but trouble!
My kitchen is still not ready after 4 months! of placing the order, in that 4 month period I have not seen them on site for more than 10-12 hrs in total.
These guys dont pick up calls, after 6 7 missed calls they switch off their phones and when you manage to reach them they keep giving excuses. The work never gets done!!!
Ms. Indu and Mr. Jagdish, the two people I have interacted with were so sugary sweet when the deal was being finalised. But after 100% upfront payment...they have been nothing, if not unprofessional to the core!
I have already purchased the product and sort of completely dismantling my kitchen and redoing it at considerable cost and pain, I dont know what to do!!! Well actually I do.

I am writing this review and hope people read this and go somewhere else!
I am making sure that my Company blacklists Gilma and my employees are aware about it!
I am making sure that my friends, relatives and anyone else I can reach out to do not buy their product.

As of Last Saturday (17th May), We have again complained about the fact that the Hob shuts down on its own with a loud bang and it can get dangerous (I thought all Gas Appliances were supposed to be ISI marked and now I realise that this is not!) - Still they have not turned up at my place. Indu has the audacity to tell me that despite my mouthshut article she will continue to get "N numbers" of customers. How I wish the savvy customers would prove her wrong!!!*
