I brought chimney + Hob by paying INR33K, chimney failed on 2nd day. called service and they immediately said " yes, I know. Transformer failed" this means they are aware about the product defects and selling with defect parts. its a very poor product + worst support. they ask money for spare to repair the product installed 24 hrs before. I think this is the first company asking this, I said get lost. did the mistake of purchasing the product, I will get that repaired my own. no confidence on their spares also.
I don’t recommend this product and spread this message to as many as you know. There are many more products with better competitive price and good designs.
