We had bought Gilma four Burner stove and chimney and Locker from Gilma outlet on Marthahalli Outer bypass. Firstly, they asked United States to pay further 1200Rs for a few piping and did a nasty job with it by lease the outlet into our balcony. I donot what use is that the chimney then for?
Also the locker could be a defective piece with the PCB faulty. ab initio once asked to mend the locker, they took around one month to come back and fix the Locker so this electronic board is faulty and also the service person aforementioned he can go back to in two days however inspite of work several service requests, not a soul came to attend thereto. this is often a sham company, please keep one’s hands off from Gilma product
