I bought a gilma chimney a year back. Now i have a problem with the switch and i tried to find their customer support. I was surprised that i couldnt find gilma website on internet. Now realised that only the name sounds international.
Somehow (by searching for their ads on some websites), i got some phone number to contact a service person.i called him up and he referred to another person on richmond road who is responsible for servicing and other support.
Its been more than a week and everytime i call him up, he is either "out of reach" or "switched off" or gives some standard reply "parts out of stock". Its really a disappointment that they only sell the product and there is absolutely no proper support.
My recommendation is that users stop buying such products. Only after the bad experience, you will realise how pathetic (cant think of a worse word right now) they are.
