On 27.02.2015 I ordered for gilma italia 60cm filter frame for customer care they taken my request and they reference No. 332143 and next day I got a call from gilma dealer that your material was ready for material cost is 1, 350/- and for home delivery its extra cost it was 250/-
I told u don’t want to deliver I will only come and pick up from their I instructed but suddenly line was got disconnected so I left after 5 day’s I called on 4.03.2015 to pick up the material from their premisses I call to that person mb. no. 7259376309 he was telling he s not in office I will be coming on tomorrow u can call tomorrow its seems so finally I find out dealership center at jayanagar Ph: 08041566677.
They also playing if they delivering means immediate material will get its seems otherwise if we go for pickup means product will get for 1 week r may b doubt see how they are playing with customer’s when we go for buying the product they talk very nicely, smiley color full of talking after product got sale means we are like garbage for them no response for anything for anybody so pls pls pls don’t buy what ever gilma product and its no use of product all uncultured people in India.
