I recently purchased Gilma hob and chimney and the hob developed a snag and did not work as it was supposed to work. Even after speaking to the so called customer support people of Gilma no mother f@#%&* bas$#%^@ have turned up. Their service is very very bad
When I spoke to their support manager in Bangalore named Bhairav(9980144456) to my surprise he himself has agreed they are an unprofessional company. I am planning to go to consumer court and sue those b*stards
Again, my sincere advise to all DO NOT BUY ANY GILMA PRODUCTS
