I had gone through my worst experience as a customer when I contacted Gilma service team to repair a 3-burner gas stove. I even talked to the so-called-manager at the service center thinking that he could help me. It is interesting to see that no-one takies any responsibility in the Service center. I followed up with them for many weeks without any result. Finally, I called a local stove service personell and get it repaired.
I would strongly discourage you to opt for any Gilma products.
