Ginger Hotels

Main Mathura Road, Delhi

I have stayed in Ginger New Delhi and the last stay this month was a poor experience.

1. The front desk staff were simply rude when I requested for an extra pillow.

   
   




2. The bathroom was very smelly - I called a housekeeping staff and he sprayed some chemical but after a few hours the smell came back(avoid room no 109, if you can - it probably has a problem in toilet pipes).

   
   




3. The Comesum restaurant food was stale - the curry looked like it was from previous day.

   
   




4. Call to Room Service(called at least 20-25 times) was never picked up by anyone.
