I stayed in Ginger for a night on 24 September. The lift was not working, the food was stale and the bed was not made up afresh. I was tired and went to sleep. Woke up because of itching. I complained to reception twice and then they made the bed fresh. The itching vanished.
I have stayed in a number of No Service hotels but never were the facilities dirty or ill managed.
Must praise Prasad who handled the issues well.
