Comments: When we booked at this hotel at Trivandrum, we had the city sight seeing in mind. However, while travelling from Kanyakumari, we were told that this is just on the opposite side of the city- around 15 kms from the city- in fact. This made our plan for next day to go away.
They should NOT claim that their hotel IS in the city!
On reaching there at 6pm (after 6 hrs of our scheduled time), we were requested to occupy a smaller room- since the type of room we had booked, is not available. But, on a second thought(and query) he got one more us. In fact, it was so swift, that we doubt whether we have got the right room.
Food was available in lot of variation, quality being average. Appearance of this hotel and our room was very good, but closer look exposed lack of maintenance of everything- right from door frames, furnitures to catalogues!
Next day, we were rudely told that if we are unable to check out by 12 noon, we will be charged extra!(This was the worst experience)
I had mentioned these in the feedback form and was about to seal it before dropping. But, the front desk lady took it saying she will do it. I hope, she had actually done it!
