I got gift vochers for kids apparel ginni & jonny when I visited Essel world in March this year. I got 5 gift vouchers worth 500 but it prooved to be fatal for me as firstly vouchers were not valid in most of the malls only valid in exclusive G & J outlet.secondly one voucher was valid only for one apparel that too on exclusive G & J outlet.
Finally we found one G & J outlet(oberoi Mall) where it was valid and having a scheme that for a shoping for 1700 or more five hundred gift vouchers will be given. We shoped for Rs. 2300 and got a bill 1750(after redeeming vouchers) but we were shocked to hear tht we won’t get any gift voucher(present scheme in the shop) as we have redeemed old once and even we can not cancel this deal as they have billed . this is a fraud done to the customer.
Nothing was made clear to us before shopping and we felt cheated by such a big brand. I advice all of u not to accept G & J vouchers as its just a mere eye wash of being free gift voucher but cutomer has to pay more after redeeming vouchers.
