Today I give my review on Gionee A1 plus phone. The highlights of this phone is its battery and its big size screen. First of all I tell u about its design and look the rear of this phone isade of metal. Which gives a smooth look from rear. But the phone is slight bulky and and tough to hold in hand at times. And the rear is little slippery so anyone will need to be carefull when handling it.
This phone works on 1.6 Ghz octa core processor with 7.0 android version with custom amigo UI this UI ditches the app drawer and all icon present on homescreen and of 4GB RAM and 64 GB Internal storage. The multitasking is very easy and it works very smoothly but some times it gets heated when play games for long time which is not fine for me and it has 6.0 inches screen with 1080×1920 resolution but the only viewing angles are good but in sunlight its legibility is not good but it is good for watching of movies and playing games. Speakers are provided on the right side of the bottom which are loud and clear and speaker also works on little noise.
The rear camera of this phone is 13 mega pixels with LED flash but the quality of photo is average and the colour reproduction is not very accurate and sometimes it show purple fringing in some photos. Photos at a little distance is not clear in night and photos in low light are dark. The front camera is 5MP with flash but it is not much effective in low light and photos are also average .
Gionee A1 plus has 4550 MAH batery which has a great backup but it drains quickly on continous when I play game on it or watch movies. It has a 18w charger which takes little more time to charge it. If I talk about overal performance of it then it is an average phone.
