Gionee A1

Hello readers. Today I will share my user experience on Gionee A1. Please read to the last to get a complete view of my personal experience.

Guys as you all know Gionee India these days is getting its popularity amoung the youngsters. It is providing good featured phones at affordable budget range. It is a top competitor with Xolo, Micromax, Lenovo, Vivo and Oppo smartphones. It is a box full with features that you want in your smartphone, still I noticed some of its limitations. But at first I am mentioning its pros.

PROS:

1. Design: It carries a full metal body which gives it a pretty premium look. Apart from that its rounded edges add its beauty. Overall rating 4.5/5

   
   




2. OS: Comes with Android Nougat 7.0 which is a cooler one. It gives me more fun to use this machine. Rating 5/5

   
   




3. Finger Print Sensor: It provides a finger print sensor which makes us unlock the phone and unlock other apps easily in fraction of seconds. Rating 4.5/5

   
   




4. Battery Backup: provides 4010mah battery which is long lasting through out the day playing heavy games and using 4G internet.

   
   




5. Gestures: Gesture options are available which makes me easy to use this device.

   
   

Now come to its drawbacks which made me so pathetic about this phone.

CONS:

1. DISPLAY: Comes with 5.5 full HD 1920x1080 display. Still I found its resolution and colour clarity is not so good in compare to Vivo or Oppo. When I set a wallpaper randomly I notice they have colour layers which is not totally good at all. I love to change my wallpaper and lock screen wallpaper in short interval of days. But this issue makes me feel unhappy.

   
   




2. PROCESSOR SPEED: Although it comes with Octa-Core processor and 4GB RAM capacity still I can’t feel the charm of its fastness in compare to my One Plus 3t. It does not lag but could have been faster. While swiping the screen it doesn’t give me a thrilling speed experience.

   
   




3. CAMERA: It carries 13MP rear camera and 16MP front facing camera. However front camera is praise worthy for clicking selfies but rear one still needs improvements. It makes me feel somehow colourless while taking photos or videoes. Gionee needs to solve this issue soon.

   
   




4. HEATING ISSUE: Most of the smartphone brands carry this type of problem. I remember while playing Asphalt8: Airborne it became too hot after 1hour. So its a major issue in this mobile. Metal body may be another reason of heating.

   
   




5. OTHERS: Phone is bit heavy in weight. Finger prints does not works sometimes in a single attempt. Overall I will rate it as an average smartphone.
