I purchased this phone two years ago at 16k as I thought it to be a good product. For the first 3months it was working but after that it started to hang and there was a good amount of heating issue also. Then suddenly it stopped talking any application update. So I took it to the service station and got it repaired but after three more months it again started to heat up and the phone used to become so hot that you could not hold it in your hand. Then suddenly the mobile launcher got stopped. I was so. Irrateted that I sold it on olx for 4000rs. I had a very bad experience with the gionee brand and I would advice not to purchase a gionee product. Because quality of the product is very low, and even the service is very pethetic So guys if you are loking for a phone of 15k then never go for gionee you can go for redmee or Samsung.
