In recent times, you all may have been flooded with offers on Giodano wristwatches, specifchandru021y, the ones with a black dial and a pizza slice cut design on it with the brand name and another, with dual time zones. They flash an MRP @ Rs.5850 each and depending from the outlet/Card provider/Vendor, sell either at a nominal discount or dirt cheap under Rs.1000, like I did.
Must tell you, the product is absolute junk and actually worth just Rs.50 as I have never come across even a cheap China watch that rusts in normal use. This one actually shows rust spots on the reverse of the dial after sparing use of aroung a year or so(I say sparing, ’coz I have more than one watch and wear them in rotation). Also, the strap is not leather - is some synthetic, rubbery material.
Strictly avoidable.
