We ordered a Samsung LCD TV, Washing Machine and a refrigerator. They delivered the items and we opened the refrigerator to see a huge dent. We asked for a fresh piece.
The next day the sales guy called and started telling us as to how all the refrigerators will have some dents in transit and we should simply accept it and put a sticker on it. If he was in front of me, I would have bashed him up for saying such things. I asked for his manager and it has been 5 days and he has switched off his phone.
Very unprofessional service. Avoid Girias and look for other stores that give professional stores.
Hope this helps other people to be careful when buying products from Girias or if possible look for other agencies.
While we are still waiting for the refrigerator, I am starting to see that India is shining!
